My mission is to support nervous-system regulation and emotional wellbeing through breathwork, energy healing, and mindful connection.
I create trauma-aware, compassionate spaces in circles, classes, and events where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience healing that is gentle, embodied, and human.
This work honours where each person is, trusting the body’s wisdom and the power of shared presence.

I’m Linda a breathwork facilitator and space holder, passionate about helping people slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves.
My work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal when we feel safe and supported. Alongside my wellness work, I’m a Special Needs Assistant, which has shaped the way I hold space gently, patiently, and without judgment.
Through Breathe Heal Bloom, I offer calm, welcoming spaces where the breath leads, the nervous system softens, and you’re invited to simply be exactly as you are.
